Covid-19 Regulation

At Physio Zone London, we understand that coronavirus is having a huge affect of people's lives, and so are doing out upmost to ensure client safety.

To ensure the safety of our clients, we are:

  • Sanitising more often and always between clients
  • Anyone performing your treatment will be wearing a mask

Despite this, when booking you agree to the understanding that any treatment carries potential risk, even when all preventative steps are taken.

To order to keep everyone safe, we are asking that:

  • If you or anyone you have come into contact with have experienced any coronavirus symptoms in the last 14 days (sore throat, fever, coughing) that you let us know so we can rearrange your booking to a more suitable time. Anyone fulfilling these criteria will be unable to receive treatment as they pose a risk both to our clients and ourselves.
  • You wear a mask when possible. We understand that this is not an option for some and so while this is not mandatory, we are encouraging this amongst clients where this is possible.
  • If you use public transport to reach us, you ensure that you sanitise before entering the studio
  • If you test positive for coronavirus in the 14 days after receiving treatment, you get in contact with us as soon as possible
